PRESIDENT MANAGING MEMBER

Mitch Bruhn earned a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from Auburn University, and he also attended the Construction Industry Institute's Executive Leadership Program at the McCombs School of Business, University of Texas at Austin. Mitch joined Watson Builders LLC in 2012, bringing over 25 years of construction industry expertise both as a general contractor as well as an owner's agent. Mitch worked with Duane at Doster and as a Vice President of Southern Company Services. When Mr. Bruhn came aboard, Watson Builders was renamed WatsonBruhn Builders, LLC.

MEMBER - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Previously serving as Vice President at BL Harbert International, Ben was a founding member of B.L. Harbert International in 2000.  Ben joined Bill Harbert Construction in 1995.  Ben has been active in both operations and business development roles. He has excelled in developing and maintaining long-lasting client relationships.  In his new position at WatsonBruhn, he will spearhead business development initiatives and oversee various operational responsibilities.  Ben earned a Bachelor of Science in building construction from Auburn University in 1987.  He was named to the Birmingham Business Journal’s Top 40 under 40 and was a part of Leadership Birmingham’s Class of 2011.

MEMBER - OPERATIONS

Adam Tucker joined WatsonBruhn Builders in early 2021 as Director of Estimating, quickly establishing himself as a vital asset through his sharp leadership and consistent success. In January 2023, Adam was promoted to Vice President of Preconstruction, reflecting his outstanding performance and expertise in the field. He holds a B.S. in Building Construction Services from Mississippi State University, where he built the foundation for his career in construction.

With a strong track record and strategic mindset, Adam plays a key role in shaping the company’s preconstruction operations. WatsonBruhn is proud to have Adam as part of its senior leadership team and looks forward to the continued impact he will make on the firm’s future.

MEMBER - ESTIMATING

Casey Cobern joined WatsonBruhn in 2022 as a Senior Project Manager, where he successfully led multiple projects and guided a team of project managers. With a B.S. in Construction Engineering from The University of Alabama, Casey brought both technical expertise and strong leadership to his role. In recognition of his outstanding performance and work ethic, he was promoted to Vice President of Project Management in 2024.

Casey has consistently demonstrated a proven track record of success, and WatsonBruhn is proud to have him as a key member of the leadership team. His strategic insight and commitment to excellence will be instrumental in driving the company’s future growth.
